1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using InvoicePad ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
3. Service Usage
InvoicePad provides an invoice generation and management platform. You understand that:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance
- Free plan users are limited to 5 invoices per month
- Paid plan features are subject to the selected subscription tier
4. Payment & Billing
For paid subscriptions:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data, and we:
- Store your data securely with bank-level encryption
- Never sell your data to third parties
- Use your data only to provide and improve the Service
- Allow you to export or delete your data at any time
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Create fraudulent or deceptive invoices
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoicePad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InvoicePad, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoicePad operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
